Help!?!?!

Does anyone know what size spanner is needed for HS and BB lock nuts, please?

Halfords didn't do one big enough.... got a big fat Stanley 39mm adjustable from Homebase which cost £22, FFS..... still it's a quality mover and did the job, so all is good. Cheers!
