Anyone who remembers 1990's Superclass rider Jeff Dovey might be interested to hear that he is now British Masters Weightlifting Champion in 40 - 44 year age group 94kg bodyweight class. ;D ;D

bloody hell, I raced behind his brother for a few seasons. Best get himself booked in for the prolapse replacement then, only a matter of time at that age...... Well done Jeff.

jeff was racing at a very high level not to many years ago.he used to put vids up on bmxtalk of his deadlifts if i remember rightly.

Last time I saw Jeff I was racing him at a 4X race, National Championships 2006, he crashed in the first turn in the moto before mine and smashed his foot into many pieces was very very bad  :(

Glad he has bounced back and is a winner again  :4_17_5:
