whats the best way to restick a  decal?

i have some very scarce hub decals that ive removed from a buggered hub and want to restick them onto a good hub
what should i use as i dont want to end up with to much glue that seeps out of the sides when i apply them

SprayMount (Blue can) is repositionable or you could try PhotoMount (Red can) which is much stronger. £10-£15 a can.
