I've been wanting to own one of these since I got back into BMX and saw Spesh's Black Bashy Sport.
Rob Gt-lover found me one in the USofStateside and I got it through the other day and had it all ready to build.
I'm VERY VERY happy... such a lovely bike :smitten: and way longer than my Hoffman was... it handles real nice.
At dusk it just GLOWS >:D

yes mate... if you wanna roll its all good... Glen wants a go too :2gunsfiring_v1:
I feels nice to ride... longer and easier to control... more of a grown up ride
you'll love it :smitten:
-
love that fella ....... :coolsmiley:
:daumenhoch:

Looking good Ed, sort out that rear cable tho poppet, I'm sure Haro didnt put that cable guide on the frame for nothing.... :P :daumenhoch:
-
Lovely! But like robbo says......sort that cable out will ya :daumenhoch:
-
Looking a beauty Ed. :smitten: Green Haro day :daumenhoch:
-
glad you got it built in time Ed - looking great :daumenhoch:
will check out the glowing action tomorrow!
-
Thanks chaps :)
The 2 Robbos,,,, Lug Cops ;D ... I'm not using the fork lugs either. The brakes work better with a less restrictive cable path... so no lugs for me as its a rider not a showbike  rear oddy cable is a bit long... but its better long than short and I can fook about with it another time :daumenhoch:
Glen - the front is an Alex 7X type rim... I've got a front Peregine HP48 coming to match the rear :daumenhoch:

Ello Ed nice ride yoot
hope to see it at the next Shottm secret sesh.
I might think twice about the layback seatpost if it's your rider. Them Haro's have a habit of cracking round the seatclamp area. Straight post and a seat with the front cut off would do the trick (keep the Layback for shows tho).
Know what you mean bout longer bikes being easier for us old folks to ride.Haha
The Nottm lot keep asking about riding the Stealth bomber thing in Victoria Park.
Keep the faith .L

Cheers Mr PK
I've brought the bars back a bit, routed the cable ( yeah it still works fine ) got round my gearing problems ( put a washer inside the drop out on the chain wheel side so it clears the peg mount :daumenhoch: ) and got a pair of Peregine 48s off of FIL S ( cheers mate :daumenhoch: ) so its pretty sorted now.... ready to destroy Blackpool :2gunsfiring_v1: :2gunsfiring_v1: >:D >:D
