Your welcome.
Thanks to everybody who bought stuff, got a replacement motor :daumenhoch:
It sucks ass getting a bus. Never ever ever sell your car before you have another one ready to go.

I do like the tourer's John, BMW can make a sexy estate car. You can go to the cash and carry in them and still get some fanny.

Love it Mark. Averaged 45mpg on a trip to st Annes on Sunday playing the cruise control game, trying to drive without touching the pedals.  8)
Good quality motor and cheap to run.

i know why beemer drivers don't use indicators, the fecking thing clicks louder than lollypop stick in your spokes.
no diesel chris, no good for my 4 mile a day average. since they started putting dpf's on them they don't suit constant short journeys. plus they sound like canal barges.
it's a 2.0L 16v. not the quickest at 148bhp and 9 secs to 60, but good on gas and has a bit of courage when needed and yes an SE. anything faster and i would have just bought the audi s4. one or the other mate, can't be arsed with anything in between. nearly bought a skoda octavia vrs estate, but this one is mint has 75% bmw and the rest specialist service history and a timing chain which is nice. 4 brand new tyres, suspension has been done, new exhaust, new discs and pads all round. got all the gadgets and will do me for a couple of years. It was a bargain too ;)

About 6 years ago I had a E34 SE saloon  too  loved it  :smitten:, would still have it now except the missus wanted another Gti instead ( then only kept the Golf  6 months  :idiot2:)

LOL at the indicator sound ,, so right  ;D
