What was your favourite bmx in 1983?
Seems for most kids that regularly read bmx bi weekley that the big desirable favourite in the UK was none other than the good old Raleigh Aero Pro burner. :smitten:
Swwweeeeet. :daumenhoch:
Best poodle hairdo went to Craig... :2funny:

My favourite bike in 83 was andrew longden's team murray, black and orange with white mags. Dont know what mags they were, not tuffs. 1 brake, rear coaster.
Floated my boat.

Got three that I have difficulty choosing between. Skyway TA in white, never owned one but a good friend had the only one in our area and he was deemed a god when he rolled up on it. DP Freestyler in white, my dad bought me the F&F from OT cycles for the princely sum of £75. Some fooker nicked it when it had been repainted in a crazy blue :'( . And finally an ET Kuwahara. A mate had one and it was the only ET I had ever seen in the metal - and his surname was Elliot :2funny: .

When i 1st looked in my mums catalogue the 1st bike i wanted was the mk1 raleigh pro burner. "That's too dear" my mum said, so i got a super burner.
I dreamed of owning a skyway TA,thought i would never be able to save up enough so set my sights on a firebird. Then before i saved up enough, sports gear and farah's turned up. ;D
