whos stripping the chrome mate?

Do you need to Costa ?

SBD will just silver powdercoat base straight on to the chrome ,, then use a translucent red powdercoat  over the top ,,I reckon  :)

Don't need the silver base coat if the chrome is staying do ya? I had blue straight over a chrome TS... Mind you you could peel it right off  :P

Terry ,, you haven't seen the frame up close ,, I have  when it was J.T racings  ;)

it's not like one of your show stoppers  8)

The base powder will help hide the original finish imperfections and wear .

No worries about that  though as  Dan will do the magic on it and probably double the frames price/value

The de chroming process is easy ,,isn't it ?  ???

They just put it in the tank and do it ,,as easy as getting something dipped but with electric and acid involved  :)

It's not like it needs loads of careful prepping , as needed to do the re-chrome  :)

that's where the problems are and "getting the staff "  :-\

The frame is 8/10 but the forks are dire. No idea how that came to pass but I guess they were chromed at different chromers.
Had it the other way round on another hutch.
