Title: RIDING FOR STEPHEN MURRAY

Hey everyone,

For those of you that don't know, I am riding from Lands End to John O Groats to raise money for Stephen Murray. Its over 900 miles all on my bike, my aim is to complete it in 9 days (100 miles a day).

This is a very important venture for me as not only will I be raising money to support a good friend but I will be challenging my personal limits.

So dig deep, sponsor me and watch me suffer all for a good cause!
