It is unclear to me if you have a question?

Sixty five pounds sterling £65.00GBP is not enough money for one single, genuine, new old stock (NOS) 1970's / 80's SunTour old school BMX seat post clamp in mint condition and original packaging though.

My only suggestion would be to seek out a working 'time machine' and travel back say at least seven (7) to twenty five (25) years.. and you might get lucky with (£65) sixty five quid :P
