hi, can anyone tell me if this bike went up for sale as was what sort of money could it fetch?
or if I was to do up like new would it be worth doing?

as a general rule the cleaner a bike looks the mory you will get back.  There is no definative value to something like this it is all up to the buyers on the day :daumenhoch: If you have a price in mind you can always get a site supporters tag and try on here but only eBay has the answer.  I have seen old Kuwie go from £80 upwards and for a nice ET well the sky is the limit.

looks like a laserlite frame although the top and down tubes look overly oval from that pic. whats the serial no on the bb.

also the forks aint the originals if it is a laserlite as they have the wrong dropouts

the bikes as purchased back when I was small, i never changed a thing. serial number is T2L plus numbers, just trying to find out what I have and its worth before I decide to sell or not

it's not worth that much.
