Title: Stopping power
Post by: curtispro on May 13, 2011, 01:18 PM
What the best pads to uses that actually work? Skyways with MX 1000's and Araya's with MX 1000's, currently running the new skyway blocks on the mags (don't work well at all) and dia comp blocks on the Araya's ( have to put coke on the rims to get them to be any good)! any help would be great, these are both riders  :daumenhoch:

The best pads by far are Eagle II Salmons but are now rare as  :coolsmiley: They stop just about everything  :daumenhoch:

The Eagle II standard kool stops are good pads too  :coolsmiley: Im using them on my skyways and Z's  :)

Skyway pads are tosh  :yahoo_silent:

New school cables, the outer cable is much stiffer and doesn't compress when you pull the brake...  :daumenhoch:

Get one and give it a go... trust me it'll work way better....  ;)
