Title: whatever happened to bmx-rider magazine?

bbid and won a 1st issue bmx rider magazine on ebay the other day, i had bought pretty much every issure from number 2 onwards, always thought it was a pretty good magazine, anyone know what happened to it? seemed to go right off the map

was thinking this the other day,  im sure back in the early days of ride it used to be out every three months

I could be wrong. I think they now have something to do with source bmx.
