I got the first bid in at £100 and it ended about five minutes later. Either someone offered a BIN too good to refuse, or he sold it elsewhere.

Looked lush, too! :(

£250 - not a bad price..

I finally stripped by project Firebird FST yesterday.  Had a quick go at the small bits of rust as just want it to be a rider.  Unfortunately, I can remove the surface rust but there is also potting of the Chrome so it looks like I will be re-doing it afterall.  I dont really want to powder it as I have a white one already and, I really fancy a chrome version.

Tomorrow Im going to call a few of the Chrome places mentioned in the Chroming Services sticky.

Hey ho..

Hiya

Not sure if my has been repowdered but my guess is that it has on account of it being 100% flawless.

But yeah, Im starting to develope a thing about chrome bikes.  Maybe it is because so many of our builds required us to ditch the chrome and paint them, subsequently, chrome is getting less common..

I mini assembled my Aere Reflex last night - this is going to be 100% chrome.  I looked HOT!!!
