Could someone tell me if these are Haro bars?

they look it, and judging by his other items, they are likely to be of good quality.

Bet they go for stupid money now its something I actually want! Just don't like the usual Haro bars you see, too chunky and original vectors have that built in stem thingy, not for me that.  :-\
