50/50 fella, you'd need someone to translate the serial for you
Or it could be like the Big Daddy / Sugar Daddy - same frame just different names for different time periods

deebo

It's a Deebo fella - the headtube/downtube gusset's too long to be a TAJ (even the last run of the TAJ's with capped stays didn't have the same length gusset) combine that with capped chain/seat stays - still lovely tho! Although that crack/reweld doesn't look so good .......  :(

Bit of a strange One that frame, looks like it's got the longer '99 year downtube gusset but a plain tube headtube, instead of a milled jobbie as per '99.

yeah the more i look it does seem to be a deebo, was hoping it was a taj but im not too fussed at £25 for it, welding will getting down asap then its getting built up with new school parts 25/9 gearing etc etc as a daily ride

It's deffo a Deebo, I've just never seen a long gusset version without the thick machined headtube. You'll only be able to go 39/14 or 36/13 at a push if You plan on using a brake  :daumenhoch:
