Hello peeps!! Taiwan made late hutch pro racers!! Did they also make a late judge? :daumenhoch:
-
Ummmmm, i'm thinking the font on the brake bridge is different from US/ Taiwan made Hutch's.
Do you have a picture ?????
This is my old Hutch and was US made.

If USA made . What can you expect to pay? Not mint condition.

Glen would probably be the best person to ask!

No mate. At the end of the day i want as much cash as i can get for it so there's not much point in limiting what it might sell for!

When were these made, was it 85 ish?
Were they based on the geometry of the trickstar? steep ht angle? slightly longer than a pro racer?

think it will be about 85 as its a 7 serial # before they went to Japanese manufacture....

Thought they did a Jap run of the Judge , butjust checked on JJr's site that was just the 1990 Hutchins Judge II :)
There's a few Judge frames made in 87 that were Tai too :-\
-
£656 , thought it would sell for more....
-
I prob should have had it painted and some fresh decals first to get a sweet price, still happy though.....
-
at least you can say you owned a Hutch Judge , its a rare beastie

So did I and it says they were American made ::)
If you thought it aswell , we must be right ;)
:LolLolLolLol:
Tellis' Judge would have made more if it had the correct forks , but £650 isn't exactly a pittance is it ?
-
He thought it would make more though... ???
Over a grand...
Was his vague reply to me asking for a price on the frame/forks/bars
Still he's probably made a packet off it... ::)
Should have been left as a survivor... such a shame to see it ripped apart for the sake of greed... >:D

Initially i did think it would make more but like someone else said it didn't have original forks on (or it prob would have done).
Lets put it this way, i was very happy with what i made from it.
Whats this all about though......quote 'such a shame to see it ripped apart for the sake of greed...'?
How do you know my situation in the world? Might i not need the money to survive?
People make assumptions on here like no tomorrow, not all of us have pockets lined with gold which enables us to keep massive collections of bikes worth thousands! Get your facts together before you make comments like that!

No offence meant by my comment fella.... i'd had a few... :P
Just winds me up to see 'look what i've scored' threads, then the bikes in bits and sold off a couple of days later... :-\
Your not the first to do it, and you won't be the last
Personally i'd have loved to have seen your bike restored or just cleaned up and left as is/was
If you need the money then fair do's, i don't have a huge disposable income to spend on bikes and certainly don't have a huge collection, costs nowt to look at em on ere... ;)
I'll try and stay away from rad after the pub... :LolLolLolLol:
