Just had another look!! Yep, that's the baby!!!! I want one like that!!! So why is there a pk and a quad in that section?
-
along with supercross; kappa were the first companies to make limited runs of retro framesets
Suppercross did the Skunk Quads 24 & 26 project also the Nomorea's and 26 gjs retro frames
Kappa did various including the hutch retro's and pk but they also sold a cutom service to tweak / order your frames with different styles (profile 3 bar etc.)
And Jessie Vargas - Jumped on the bandwaogon with VRP racing and ripped off loads of people to the turn of thousands (however if you were lucky enough to get one of his frames they were amazing - as they were fabricated by Sal - who used to be one of the main welders for SE back in the day)
Later came JC (Johny Chopper) and Knight
-
all retro's made by Kappa.have a look-see at the kappa section on BMXMUSEUM. One thing that gets me is no where seems to have a Brutus

Kappa made 21 of the PK20 frames (number 21 going to Perry Kramer himself) but rumour has it when SE rose from the ashes they put paid to Scott making anymore SE tribute frames
I know where ther is a K20 frame in raw for sale (same as the red one) :coolsmiley:
I also know where there is a candy blue Starsky F&F (my loft lol)

I have two Kappa BMX frames for sale. Both frames are candy blue. The 20" is the K20 loop tail. The 24" is the pierced top tube M24. These have been sitting in my spare bedroom for about 4 years. Both frames were raced for about 1 season and have a few national wins on them. They have a little bit of wear and tear to the decals. You are welcome to email me if interested ken.spring@belmont.edu
I know what these frames are worth, and I don't need to sell them. However, I figure someone may appreciate them more than I do as they are rarely seen out of the spare room. I will take pictures and email them if there is interest.
