Hi, got a set of these new issue twin pinch flights and am in prosess of fitting. in the box there is a blue tube which goes on spindle between bearings my question is does this cutting to size at all before i go tapping the second bearing in ...thanks Rick.

Shouldn't really need to cut it down, it's there to stop the cranks binding on the bearings when you tighten the cranks up, too short and it won't do it's job :daumenhoch:

I have never had to cut one down on redlines :daumenhoch:

That's fine, just make sure it's not flush on the drive/chainwheel side and it will all be good :daumenhoch:
