Title: ACF Howells chromers done me proud again ++++++++++
Post by: animal on June 25, 2011, 05:11 PM: I bought this a while back . Its a very hard 2 come by MRD Mini Pro . Only every seen 2 in my time on here ::) It was a great survivor but the chrome was 2 far gone :'( So I sorted out the drop outs and the damaged brake bridge then off 2 my chromers. I got hold of Graham down there and had a good discussion on what I wanted. Also discussed the polishing with the guy who does it and he promised not 2 damage any of the braizing. Its taken nearly three months but got it back this morning and 2 say I cannot pick a fault with it is a an understatement . Its nearly perfect :smitten: the chrome on the BB and difficult places 2 polish is fantastic. Only paid £100 instead of the normal £130 ;) Don't normally share my builds till they r completed but this needed 2 b shared :4_17_5:

I would highly recommend these guys 4 your rechromes :4_17_5: Brilliant work . A.C.F Howell . Based in croft street in Walsall . told them I would put the word out 4 them so if u use them tell them I recommended u because of their awesome work done 4 me in the past .

I used them loads. They have put a kid in charge of all the bike stuff now and he is a numpty. They fooked up some of the last stuff and lost some bits. I prob won't use them again. :-\

use Leigh metal polishers in Swinton, if you get stuck for taking it me or Carl can no problem
