Factory raw frame dude the rainbow marks around the welds are from the heat while welding
It'll have a clear lacquer coating that cracks and peels letting moisture in and it goes rusty, (the squiggly lines)
They start out like this....

Thanks for the info Betty so it is rust then dam i thought it wasnt so whats it worth then and does anyone know the year it was made

:) Prob made in the last 5/6 years and worth very little.OK for a runabout though... :daumenhoch:
