Is there a thing as bar extenders
and where can I get them?!
-
How much do you want to extend the bars by?
-
I got some cruiser bars when I bought the Floval flyer f+f and the bars had been cut down, I have had them extended back.
You need someone who can slot a small tube into the bar then using the correct dia tubing weld your pieces onto the bars then either rechrome, paint or as I have done polish and as its under your grip no one would ever know. :daumenhoch:

An inch on each side.
Isn't there anything prefab I can just hammer in? 8)

If your going as far as hamemring somethign in why not just butt weld an inch of steel tube to the ends? grind it back flat and once the grips are on youll never tell
-
Yep, welding on some old tubing works well - have done that a few times. (Old seatpost works good as it's 7/8" like the bars).
You could also try these, although it's looking like 1/2 inch each side...

if you just want a quick fix and as strong as welding but ten times easier and if you not too fussed,go to wickes or b and q,they do round wood poles for wood work and it weights nothing, then get your bits of bar or whatever that you want to add on and just hammer the wood in and add your bit,i put a little grip fill on the pole too just to help hold it,then put grips on and your away,no one would ever know, and it works great i have a pair of tnt bars i did it too a year ago and still perfect :daumenhoch:
