any idea which brand this is?

Look like Akisu Cr-Mo Aero 1600's. Do they have tear-drop tubes?
Mind you, I think they're usually stamped on the end of the blades ???

no teardrop tubing... round tubes
not stamped akisu  ;)
something like a baseball and OGT

jep the fork is on a mrd expert bike but dont have the 45° ends...
