Is anyone about as I can get to a Skatepark, Dorchester, Boscombe or Weymouth ? Let me know, cheers Steve.

hey mate,im down in weymouth.theres a skate park right by the sea life centre,ony thing is tho that you have to pay to get in and you ony have an allocated time slot.theres a communal skate park in dorchester tho although i dont think its much cop.the one in weymouth is far better with some decent ramps for some big air :daumenhoch:

dorchester concrete park is good, lots of lines, flat banks, quarters etc... gets busy after school hours

if your in the dorchester area then get yourself to bridport to rob ridge's trickfactory one evening
aswell as the indoor park there is a outdoor area 2 min ride away

If you want a bit of oldschool concrete, try Slades Farm in Bournemouth - although it got made a bit bland when the old snake-run got filled in :) Dunno if they're still there, but in the woods at the back of it there used to be the Allotment Trails - a nice big downhill set.

Cheers Guys I tripped over Dorchester skatepark by accident the last time I went to Dorset an was going past the Weymouth park almost every day. Checked out Slades after visting a very cool BMX shop but sorry the name escapes me. Slades was very mellow but still a peice of skatepark history. Will go to the boscombe one for sure but just dont look forward to being bombarded by Skaters.
