ive still got myshimano dx v brake and lever from about 95 ish. thats mid enough dont you reckon? ::)

fairly sure there was a paul v around and that time also,

and dont forget the mighty odyssey A brake, the best bmx canti/v-mount type brake ever made,
pretty sure there there was a cane creek too, i remember the standard factory bikes ran them...
