it looks just like my old mirra pro series with an extra wheel.  not!!!      having said that custom riders do have a bmx tandem from the 80's in their shop.  i will have to take a picture next time i go in there!

With all those tubes looks more like a Scorpion Brakedancer.
Someone on here had a BH tandem.
