I am thinking about trying a one footed start next week to give you a chance, I need to figure out somehing to make it fair for you, when you are compeating against my awesome power it must get demoralising !!

BTW, Been on the suppliments and in the gym every day since Rotherham, down to 11st 10, but its all pure
muscle !! Not carring anything other than power stacks !!

Keep going and dont let it get you down, you never know I may pick up an injury one week, and you may have 1/2 a chance !!! ..............

Of course you may just use the weather as an excuse to bottle it ??

I crashed there tonight reinjuring my arm and also some theiving little bast@rdss broke into my van and robbed loads of tools/drills ect so I am foocked now, sorry boys
