Hi,
Anyone have a good way of removing the headset cups from the frame ?

Hammer , wood , sorted

or i use a old seat post as its a bit easier to use

Make sure the frame is well supported, a good hammer and a good drift of some sort. i use a nice large punch. Chubs' seatpost idea is a good one. One or two strikes at a time, on opposing faces, as it were.... 12 oclock, 6 oclock, 3 oclock, 9 oclock etc.. should come out fairly easily on older stuff as their tolerances don't tend to be as tight :)
Mind your thumbs ;D ;D ;D
