Come on Nick, don't give up so easily, these replica builds are not supposed to be easy. How hard was it for AKGOFF to find that rear hub on his Trickstar?

Well I just did a search and found several 28 hole hubs (I don't know what manufacturer you need for the replica build though).

I would imagine you will have to actually do some work and find some 28 hole rims, I have seen 28 hole Araya 7b's so those UKAI's must be out there somewhere.

Rims were specially made for him by his team manager. They were 28hole Ukai's with Suntour Superbe gold hubs. He also used 16" yes 16" Tioga Superlite tubes to reduce weight.
