Title: So will there be old school bikes on the start gate at MK summer bash?...

No It's just I thought there would be a real effort to recreate the golden days of BMX at bournemouth and yet I didn't see one full gate of OS bikes. I'm just hoping some of those great pieces of history we keep in our sheds make it to the gate at MK :)

TBH we would like to see as many old school bikes on the track as possible, but we don`t want to stop people racing just because they don`t have an old school bike to ride. :coolsmiley:

I'd be no better on a new school bike so what's the worry? I'll bring along whatever bikes I can, if they get scratched to bits then never mind. They're only bikes, after all...

They weren't too springy IIRC, bloody heavy though, that top tube was like a ferking steel girder.
