OK, so I've just bought the pink streetstyler that robbo was selling.
Lots of pink already on the bike and the pink skyways just don't look right on some of the other builds I've looked at. So, the question is, what do I go for?
This also go for the other items that I currently don't have, cranks and chain ring etc?
For ease more than anything else really, I'm heading towards black! (Skyway graphites maybe?!) Or for a similar price a nice pair of black rim/ hub with chrome spokes!?
Any suggestions with pictures to back them up would be much appreciated. :daumenhoch:

chrome rims on polished or white hubs ???
white Z's (although crap for a rider)
-
Skyways on a Skyway for me :daumenhoch:
-
white tuffs
pink panaracer freestyle tyres
chrome 1 piece
white and chrome skyway turbodisc
nice
all the above can be got off ebay at the min except the chainwheel. tefore on here has a load of these in black but easy to strip and paint one in white or pink ( actually that would look nice )

agree (in most cases) but was just trying to offer something diferent? :daumenhoch:
pink tuffs and white tyres ???
-
I just thought the pink of the pink skyways didn't quite look right?! ???
Did they make pink z-rims? ;) (with a coaster?!)

White skyways with either white or pink panaracer tyres.
Or go for lavender tuffs if you can find some ( or dye your own ) with white tyres.
Im doing a pink reflex for my little girl, thats pink with pink tuffs and white tyres. Also has lavender disk, white chainring, white grips, lavender cables, lavender seat, white post and white OPC.
Lavender calipers white levers with lavender covers. Should look nice when its finished.
Good luck

Skyways on a Skyway for me :daumenhoch:
I don't think that any other wheel should ever be used for a Skyway... period.
If I was one of the Admin guys I would ban everyone that put other makes of wheels on Skyways.

Def white tuffs and pink panaracers for me, the panaracers are a very good price on the bay

White tuffs or some nice chrome 48's :daumenhoch:

not sure if it would work but, how about mixing some blue parts to match the sticker.
blue skyways, blue grips, blue seat

They did make Pink Z Rims but not many have survived, however, there was a guy at MK selling a pair of Pink Woody Zs for £80, a bit worn but could probably clean up well and with a white coaster they look awesome. I don't know who the seller was though, he was just at the end of the track where you walk into the helipad area selling from the boot of his car if anyone remembers him and knows who he is :daumenhoch:

There were a couple of cars in that area, one of them was Mark on Burnerworld (short hair, had the boxer with him) Don't remember seeing him with pink Zeds though?

All the ACS Logos had worn off but you could still see the Woody Itson Engraving, considering how rare they are i thought they were a good deal but i don't think he sold them, not sure he had a dog though but could be wrong.

But would be interested in the z's if the owner would please step forward. ;D

the 6 spoke tuffs would be era correct for a streetstyler

I believe they were on the complete BITD

I'm swaying towards the tuff 2's, new, clean, fresh and great for a rider. :daumenhoch: (White or lavender, haven't quite decided)
Watch this space, I'll try and get it ready for the London ride. ;D

Indeed, in fact I think you could only buy a complete streetstyler, dont think the F&F were available seperately.
I Had one for a while, the forks were actually nicer than the standard streetbeat ones with nice cast dropouts, think only the top and downtubes were chromo on a streetstyler with the rest being high tensile from memory, so I wouldnt advise riding it too much (I snapped the seat post on one doing vert boomerangs badly)
