Title: Pro Class rim tape
Post by: skki3330 on August 16, 2011, 07:47 PM: Guy's if you cant get hold of rim tape what is the best suggestions for alternatives??

Yeah you guessed it it's for the 1 3/8 rims you kindly sorted for me :)

I did end up getting the ano off and giving them a good rub down with 4 diff grades of wet and dry as you told me to then a few hours with the auto sol they come out pretty good well good enough for a rider.
I finished lacing yesterday tbh im not the best at getting them true but i think it's the best im going to get them was at it for hours :crazy2:

Ive just ordered new comp 3 tyres for it so all thats left is a nice shiney black rim tape and a silver mx seat clamp then ill post the picci's

I used these, not shiny but cheap and work.

What colour you getting Dave? I've just swapped my ProClass rim tape round from red to blue and doubt it will last as it's fecked :LolLolLolLol:

iv'e drilled some old weimann rims i had layed about.
if you squint a bit they look not to bad.
just sprayed em black.
