Post by: Clean on August 25, 2011, 07:30 PM: I have been enjoying my riding so much I decided to succumb to the lure of lightweight, modern engineering design and have gone over to the dark side.

A big thanks to our very own Gashead for sorting this fantastic deal :4_17_5:

I have tweaked the components, and colourway - see, I is even spitting New School, now - courtesy of some very shrewd eBay dealings, but the original inspiration is Ollie Gashead's - all credit due! :smitten:

So here is my 2010 Federal Steve Hamilton Signature Frame, finished raw, wearing:

* Federal Slim SL Pivotal Seat
* Federal Slim Seatpost
* Dia Compe Dirt Harry Lever
* Alone Linear Cable

* Primo E-Brake (impending swap for a soon-to-be-rawed Fly Brake steal spotted by Pickle)

Edit - and a white chain on backwards, apparently! :-[

The geometry is perfect for me, and the build is strong, light and whippy. :D

Big thanks to Nick for being such a genuine and fair bloke in his dealings. ;)

Had a go on this on saturday - it turns nice and looks pretty (for a N/S of course!) so you'll be droppinging into the big bowl at Terminal One in two weeks no problem buddy :shocked:
