Title: how to win a race by hardly pedalling!
Post by: rooski on September 16, 2011, 04:08 PM
check out how many pedals he puts in compared to everyone else:shocked:

A lesson in smoothness and pumping off the backside of jumps(and a few nice manuals) :daumenhoch:

Yep that's my little mate Ben he just raced at the Scottish Open and came 4th in the Payback.

Ben was Scottish Champion BITD when he rode for Scotia BMX along with his younger brother Mark, who sadly passed away in the early 90's :'(

Still a great rider and top lad. He is planning to come to the Grands so watch out for him in Masters.

He has a new steed, namely Ian Archibald's old Sharp Race bike, and is already looking smooth as on it
