I dreamt that I was young again and. Again I headed for the track. I wondered where I will go today? Yarnell, Randall or Soledad?
It really didn't matter, for I yearned to once again fly. To feel the dirt between my wheels. To make the spectators shout.
And in my dreams, I was not alone, friends of old were there once again with me. Kids once again made sure I was running perfect and squirmed with anticipation before the drop of the first gate.

I dreamt that once again stood at the gate, proudly wearing number one. It's not just about the rider, but also about the bike.

And in my dreams I saw old friends, the memories came flooding back. They were set to do battle once again and to claim my number one

Off the gate we went and and through the double jumps. Neck to neck we went around and the rush of wind was felt again

That hardtail Webco pulled out ahead but I was not too worried

Then that crazy monoshock thought that she could win, but I would not let it happen

As always, I pulled out ahead and streaked to the finish line.

and in the end I was alone, I made my number proud. There is one that can get close to me, for I am Dave Clinton's bike

I dreamt that I was young again.
