Yes, for single clamp goosenecks; maybe the seller thinks it's for layback seatposts because you'd really one there ::)
-
Nice looking gooseneck pad though, not seen a skyway one.
Maybe not £50 nice though ::)
-
fookin hell i had a box load of these from skyway a few years back.
tis a real one though

If this sells for £50, I will eat my cock.

i think we should get 50 members to put £1 each so you have to do it. a verbal contract is as good as a written.lol
-
I have seen these used on seatposts before and in peoples collections they had them listed a seatpost pads too. They do look like early goose pads tho.
Someone with the knowledge will answer im sure
-
i have no idea what they were used for. not anything to do with the skyway platform is it?

Not a gyro cover.
TA's shipped as a F&F so potentially they could have had a gooseneck fitted.

Flyte made BMX pads for both doubleclamp stems and goosenecks and you didn't have to have a Skyway to buy them ::). I can't believe anyone would think it is for anything else other than a gooseneck stem ::). Really.

As I said it does look like a gooseneck, just I've never seen anyone build a skyway with one!!! Someone now has to pick up the gauntlet and build one
