Title: The day we hung out with Martin Aparijo!
Post by: That Swan Guy on September 30, 2011, 04:18 PM: It was during the GT World Tour in '86, he was staying with a guy called Geoff Baraclough who owned Wheel Ways in Grimsby. This shop was then the sole UK importer for GT, so we got our sticky little mitts on lots of new gucci things as they came out, like the black chrome seat posts and bars. Anyway, we popped round and asked him if he was coming out to play........simple request really! And guess what?
Here he is on my mates Haro Master, with Mirage cross bars!
He was damn cool and gave away most of the sh!t you can see him wearing.

Post by: animal on September 30, 2011, 07:14 PM: I hung out with the Darren Wood bitd when he was racing in the Kelloggs 4 Raleigh . Met him in the local park , his description of our jumping was "lunatics" :LolLolLolLol: He had 2 other riders with him but not sure who they were .

Steve it was me and my mates that Hung out with You !!!!! Yeah me and Raleigh Freestyler and still all round Rad dude on Board bike or MX Jason Lunn and the other fella with me was Haro's Brain Blyther ......
