I have done better, lol  If i was not crashing, my feet were slipping off the pedals !!

Just a bit of gravel rash,

The cream I have to put on new tatoo's is great for that type of injury, I am healin well !

Glad your not too hurt mate, My arm is still sore at times almost 3 months after stacking at Sheffield which is a pi$$er  :2gunsfiring_v1:
