buy two rears and change one hub to a front - set of blue wheels for £40 notes  - peanuts.. :P

Hard to see for sure but that looks like an Ambrosio rim, would need to see if the side had grooves all the way around it for brake grip.

Clearer pictures needed.

They look like Spencer rims laced to steel hubs.
