Title: found some old pics bitd
Post by: ultrasham241 on October 14, 2011, 01:13 PM: just found these in the loft. My montesa T15 trials bike,still have this, mongoose and DP firebird freestyler. :daumenhoch: pics a bit blurred. will try and get them scanned..

my old goose,renthal bars..this one got stolen!! :'(

replaced the goose with this DP freestyler,vector bars. I resprayed this electric blue and loved it to bits! sold it in 1991 for £35 when I brought my VW bug. :'(

swweeet dude!i thought it looked like the queensway.do you remember the drop off at the back of the hall?i was the first to drop that on a skateboard in dunstable!!how old are you and which school did you go??have a look at my thread in old school freestyle 'PR STYLER'.I sold my old bike in dunstable around 1987/88.maybe you have seen it before?or know who still has it??Damian :daumenhoch:btw i live watford now!

shiiit!im 37 and went to queensbury for 3/4 years,left in the last year and went to watford.Do you remember Jon East?or Joff,they were the BMXers i knew,or know a fella called Tim Phelpes'they were more your age i think.Phelpsey didnt go queensbury though.Most of us progressed on to skateboarding after that!The queensway drop mustve been 4ft,maybe 4.5ft'scared shit out of me when i did it on a board!got big props for it though!

Joff used to live right opposite the school if i remember rightly.I saw Jon East at a Faithless concert down in Southampton last year funnily enough.I used to skate alot with Phelpsy.I used to live in Staines Square behind the BP garage on High St, north.He used to bring his fly off ramp down and we'd spend all day jumping off it on our boards.Apparently Phelpsy had a red mk2 escort with janspeed exhaust if i remember correctly?!Id left dunstable by then,was down in watford.
