99.9% sure its a re-issue one from the re-issued holmes frame and fork from last year as s&m didnt do engraving back in the early 90's when the og one came out, have emailed the seller asking

I'm sure the original was as its name implied, it was just a plain straight seat post with an S&M sticker on it.

Was told the one i got with my Holmes is an old piece o pipe, it's got no markings on it that i've noticed

Plenty of pitting though, and it's been cut down...  ;D
