I ordered a frame decal set for a fit S3 they sent the wrong color i.e black decals for black frame, they wouldn't pay the return postage or refund me the delivery postage even though it was there mistake, even took several weeks to refund me the cost of the decals.
Never used them since theres just too many good bmx shops willing to provide a great service.
I am very understanding re mistakes but its how they handle them that counts.
