Arrived today, looks like junior/mini frame 18.5" tt euro bb

Anyone know owt about em, like dating em off the serial number? It's 1291072

Need some help with what the bars and cranks are? cranks have TA on one of the arms, and some blokes name engraved on the sprocket...  :crazy2:

Parts look like a bit of a mix of old n new, any ideas on prices would be helpful as i don't want to keep it
