Raleigh Shoppers used to ship with the toolkit.
Perhaps this seat wasn't destined for a BMX?

I still use my "bike spanner" from time to time.

Taihei were making seats long before BMX took off. I guess the tabs are just a reminder that these seats were originally intended for road bikes - just like Kashimax...
