The park is really nice. 2 amazing bowls with deep and shallow-er ends (the one with pool coping might be skate only?), a nice wide mini ramp thats only about 4ft high and an OK street area. When I went it was pretty packed but it still wasnt too bad to get a go.

The seating/eating area is really nice, it looks out over the park but its behind glass so its warm too. Someone said the food is good but I didnt try any, or the seats.
I was just in the park the whole time i was there  :daumenhoch:

Oh, there were quite a few RADBMX stickers on the bikes in there, probably cos its not that far from the RADshop. I wonder if Stodgy could pull some "local" strings and get a deal on a RAD night there??  ???

I'd be up for a bit of this, even if it is a bit of a drive and a bit 'South'  ;D

Initial call didn't prove to fruitfull, the lady said they don't do private bookings but you can do a 'party' booking.  Once i explained what we required she has given me the managers details and an email has gone off  :daumenhoch:

a 'party' in their eyes is just a small group of riders (with a coach) but they wouldn't stop other people entering the park  :(

I have emailed the manager of the park, so lets hope they allow it to happen  :daumenhoch:

Who knows, I have added the details of the site so they may even have a little look around and see this thread  :daumenhoch:

I think they do actual birthday partys, with a big table somewhere in the building for a kids tea. The skatepark is still open for the public but you maybe get a deal on entry for everyone in the "party".

Skateparks are the new soft-play areas  :daumenhoch:
