Anyone know what the difference betwen the So Cal Flyer 24" & Floval Flyer 24"?

i had the so cal and its more road frame type thing .top tube is higher and the geometry more comfy for the odd road,thru woods ride.floval is lower top tube and set ready for the track days ,floval is also quite bit lighter as complete bike than the so
