you need to save the image in photobucket, then copy the top link (i think it's called direct link or something?  then go into your profile details and paste in the link to the direct photo bit.

something like that  ;D

Do you mean an Avatar? If so you can do it direct from my computer

save the picture to my documents,
go to Profile
then
Forum Profile Information
then
I will upload my own picture
then
Browse...
upload pic and off you go.
you may need to resize it to fit though.
