Title: Frame id please
Post by: bmxmatt1974 on June 04, 2006, 06:37 PM
Got this bike from carboot sale today but not sure what it is. The parts on it are, suntour stem, suntour 3 piece crank, shimano pedals - not dx though, araya wheels with suzue hubs, tange forks, and also crappy new school velo seat!! Not bad for only £8

Judging by that headtube I'd say it is a Patterson Mini. If I'm right then that is probably worth a fair bit.

Defo looking like a Patterson JR.

Check this link http://www.vintagebmx.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=1;t=023164#000000

Look at the JR stamp, also the high seat tube and the line of the rear chain stays.

What a find :4_17_5:

If being in the lead means buying the most amount of old shite, then the answer is no, cos that's me  :4_17_5:

If it means buying the best bike at a booty, then the answer's probably yes, you git  :2gunsfiring_v1:
