Title: odyssey thunderbolt set up help

hi guys need some help  
setting up thunderbolts pretty much same as twombolts-installed them pretty easy and spin nicely but the more i tighten up the spindle bolt the stiffer they get and then do not spin so nice  used all the spacers according to the manual etc so not sure what if anything i have done wrong

Sounds like the tube spacer in the bb isn't long enough, add a thin washer in there and try again...  :daumenhoch:

i thought this but if i add a washer to the tube spacer whats the trick for keeping it together while you push the mid bearings back in :-\

Leave the axle in  the fully inserted right side bearing while you tap carefully around the left side bearing to re insert the bearing paulie

What Pete's saying is once you've knocked one bearing out put the crank back in to hold your tube spacer and extra washer in place while you whack the bearing back in...  :daumenhoch:

gotcha  :daumenhoch: cheers guys  :daumenhoch: what's really annoying is,is that i married it up and it looked like the tube spacer was spot on,just needs a bit of fine tuning  :daumenhoch: :daumenhoch:
