Oven pride is like a gloopy stuff (like thick washing up liquid).

Basically, find yourself a suitable receptacle, put your part in (say, a brake arm) and cover it in the gloop.
You can also use the bag too (it comes with a plastic bag), but I tend to put it in a plastic tray (like a microwave meal type tray)

Keep your eye on it - the anno should start to come of almost immediately. Rinse the part off with water and see what it's like.
If there is any anno left, just repeat. If it doesn't touch it, your luck is out.

This stuff is powerful, but not as frisky as a hot mix of caustic soda and water.

Also it doesn't burn through your skin, although you wouldn't want a gum rub with it.

Are the pegs alloy or steel? If they're steel, it's probably blue lacquer and you'll need Nitro-Mors to get rid of the colour. If they're alloy then crack on... :daumenhoch:
