				mirage prototype  built by birmingham wheels for alans bmx to there spec/design,i spoke to alan woods about frame and
 
 he told me that they were going to produce frame sets but decided against it,he also told me that it was raced by there team rider

				educate me please phil, what the difference between the mirage and a brum wheels frame, geometry?

				brum wheels made frames for various companies,i spoke to alan woods and he told me they designed the frame/geometry
 then were going to get them to manufacture them,he also told me the colours were red and green hence colour chosen for build :daumenhoch:

 the frame was rusty as fook!! i think it was in alans celler for the last 20 years,i had it chemically dipped
 
 then it had a light sand blast,then i stoppered up all the pitted areas which was over most of the frame,then primed frame
 
 with 2k primer and wet flatted it before 3 coats of ford radiant red :daumenhoch:
